Hi @ivamil, the core concepts were:

Introduction to database -that database contains tables which have fields/columns, explanation of Primary Key field (PK) - usually named Id, explanation regarding NULL
Overview of CRUD (Create-Read-Update-Delete)

Example of how a CRUD application is made - there was the example of an application for a gym, what the screens were and what the underlying SQL statements were (see screenshots above).
