Sprint 2 - Retrospektive

What went well?

• tasks have been assigned with short explanation about what should be implemented.
• most of developers have done their task on time
• most of corrections from Sprint 1 review were done
• all members of the team were included in this part of project creation

What could've gone better?

• Not achieved what was planed, not all assigned tasks have been done.
• Few disagreements between variables in different classes that should be connected.
• Many syntax errors.
• Many GitHub disagreements so somehow the code that had been pushed was not correct and compact.

What do we want to try next?

• Implementing databases into the project so it could be easier to do with lot of information.
• Implementing files with various types of information needed for some part of application.
• Making some kind of GUI for entering the data.

What puzzles us?

• lack of experience makes things go much slower than planed
• -partial misunderstanding of oop concept and it's main options
• partial problems with GitHub
• people are busy in general with their jobs etc. so that also makes things go slower
