@tasajovanovic, please could you find some also some additional links for Project Charters, and when writing the Project Charter it should have headings and then text, based on templates/examples you find.

For team members, you forgot to also add Marko. Write also people's roles, e.g. Project Manager, Technical Lead, Developers, etc. Also add a role Project Advisor where you put Valentina Cupac.

Regarding roles above, set Project Manager as yourself. For Technical Lead, please set @TamaraG13.
