We support open source philosophy, Paid services can bully the team with suspending the project accounts for payments delay

I suggest we move back to gitlab, they have integrated boards like waffle and native cost and other custom fields

Value:

Free private repos
Integrated board view like waffle, no need to switch between two services.
integrated cost and custom meta data attachement to issues ( not available in github)
Can be hosted on a local server to avoid further bullying
Save Github fees, waffle fees
