Description

The POM file needs to be updated to be sure it does not contain unnecessary plugins.

Plugins not used will be removed and eventually reimplemented if needed.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] The POM file only contains elements that are understood
[x] The code compiles correctly
[x] It is possible to run the application after using the jlink plugin.
