PinePhone HiFi.conf regresion #399

No Audio Playback with current HiFi.conf. As Philip Müller comments, it looks like a regression. This version is functional.

@a-wai (from Mobian) reports that this is working with Pipewire/Wireplumber and Pulseaudio.

@philmmanjaro (from Manjaro) reports (1 2) it doesn't work for Pulseaudio, and needs to revert https://github.com/tomfitzhenry/alsa-ucm-conf/commit/8158c3b919a9c01f5223762a9f153789ff3a9695 to get it working.

For context, https://github.com/tomfitzhenry/alsa-ucm-conf/commit/8158c3b919a9c01f5223762a9f153789ff3a9695 was added as part of https://github.com/alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf/pull/134 (now squashed).

Do we have any idea why https://github.com/tomfitzhenry/alsa-ucm-conf/commit/8158c3b919a9c01f5223762a9f153789ff3a9695 might have broken this config for some Pulseaudio users?

If the fix is as simple as applying a revert of https://github.com/tomfitzhenry/alsa-ucm-conf/commit/8158c3b919a9c01f5223762a9f153789ff3a9695 to master, to have this working for Pipewire/Pulseaudio, that'd be great. Alternatively, is this a Pulseaudio bug?
