Which API and version (e.g. Google Calendar Data API version 2)?
Google Picasa Web Album API

What format (e.g. JSON, Atom)?
JSON

What Authentation (e.g. OAuth, OAuth 2, Android, ClientLogin)?
ClientLogin

Java environment (e.g. Java 6, Android 2.2, App Engine 1.3.7)?
Android 2.2

External references, such as API reference guide?

Please provide any additional information below. I like to implement client
login and when i click on one of my albums, it will show the images in that
album and finally by clicking on any image will open this image. If you can
point me on which API to call for these methods then i think can work on this.

Merging another request:

Reported by testingt...@gmail.com, Mar 9, 2011

I am just looking for a clearly commented sample to get started working with
the Picasa API for an Android app. I got the existing one working but there
aren't any comments explaining what is going on. How it is creating the
requests and how it is sending requests to the server. Then there is no
explanation on how things are parsed out of the response and put in the
listview. Do you have any more examples I can look at?

Would also like to see example of downloading photos. The existing sample does
not have this.

I am also trying to figure out how to use the Picasa API. I would appreciate an
example showing downloading a single photo.
