Compatibility Julia 1.0 #4

Hello,

I took the liberty to change the functions and tests so that it is compatible with the new Julia 1.0 syntax. I did not touch at all the algorithm. Only the last test is not working and I marked it as broken

I corrected the last problems and it should now be passing all tests
