No socket is created for SSDP unicast relay #42

With --ssdpUnicastAddr option enabled, no listener is actually created for SSDP unicast packets (see PacketRelay.addListener method). As a result, unicast packets are never relayed. A possible fix for this is implemented in https://github.com/vvd170501/multicast-relay/commit/5a7d526e9cd050153d22c44d03ef920f398d92f2
