Add possibility to split only one presenter at time #87

Sometimes, you may want to split only 1 or 2 presenters without having to 
create a whole mvp4g module. Some reasearch will have to be done on this but I 
think a mechanism based on proxy (similar to what gwtp does) could work. 
Developer wouldn't be aware of this proxy and configuration will have to stay 
simple.
