Unknown file type error on Elegoo Mars Pro #27

Using a .photon file on my Elegoo Mars Pro gives me an error 'Unknown file type'.

I have updated the firmware (to see if it fixes the error). Since on the startpage of this photon-resin-calibration other printers like the Elegoo Mars are mentioned, I was confused that my printer didn't support this file format. The printer also doesn't give a thumbnail for the .photon file on the LCD screen. ( It's hard to get Google results about this, since the results are clouded with photon printers (which have the same name). )

Has anybody ran into the same problem, and/or anybody know how to fix this?

rename the files to cbddlp

Also the cbddlp file cannot be loaded. It also gives me the 'Unknown file format'.

My printer wants .ctb files.

this dies not work then. use the validation matrix instead

Ok, I did. succeeded with that ( https://github.com/Photonsters/Resin-exposure-finder-v2/releases ) However, it would be good to have the README updated, that not all (if not none) Elegoo Mars Pro printers will read .photon printers. Closing this issue now, as I now know that this resin calibration method will not work in my case.
