Tutorial Page Modification #38

Currently the tutorial page's format doesn't match the JupyterLab Documentation style, will change to the form of using tutorial.md linking youtube videos

Now tutorial is under 'Help' menu, naming 'Voyager FAQ', Since still need user test to make the final design, still modifying it right now
