Modifying a color trigger with the live overlay doesn't update for others #2

Expected Behavior

Play around with the color trigger, changing its color. The color output should be consistent for everyone

Actual Behavior

The color output differs a lot from person to person

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Join a shared level Step 2: Place a color trigger Step 3: Change colors repeatedly

Additional Information

Editor collab does a relative value optimization in order to decrease stream size, which is likely the culprit.

This seems to be a problem with the color triggers in particular

Fixed in next hotfix release
