Connection via proxy doesn't work #169

With version 2.2 has been introduced "proxy support". Actually, this
feature is not working in my corporate environment. I'm behind a proxy that
requires HTTP authentication and I configure the uploader this way:
http://yfrog.com/08isoptionsp

The uploader tries to connect to ImageShack site in order to login but
after some waiting I get this: http://yfrog.com/10isuploaderrorp

I'm using Windows XP Pro SP3 and ImageShack Uploader 2.2.0.
Our corporate proxy is Squid-2.7.STABLE5.

It is necessary for me that you have answered following questions:
Under what operating system your proxy server is running?
What authentication methods are used by your proxy server (ntlm, basic, others)?

Added 'Proxy-Authorization' header to HTTP requests if proxy server with 
authorization is used.

Squid is installed on some Linux server (running FreeBSD or Red Hat Enterprise).
Authentication method is HTTP-auth.

As per comment #4 this bug seems FIXED. Unfortunately version 2.2 without this 
fix so I'm still waiting for an up to date release. Any ETA available?
