ImageShack Uploader: add "Apply to all" for "remove size/resolution bar from thumbnail" #194

When you upload multiple images using IS Uploader, you are given an option
to resize the selected image and then apply that resolution to all other
images.

But when you remove size/resolution bar from thumbnail, you have to repeat
the same action for each image individually. Please add an option that will
apply user's chose to all images currently added to IS Uploader
