Bulgarian translation file for ImageShack Uploader v2-2-0

Greetings ImageShack team,

I'm an avid fan and happy user of your image/file upload services and I decided 
to give something in return for your great free services.

So I decided to translate the ImageShack Toolbar v2.2.0 into Bulgarian.
The translation is fully functional. The only possible annoyance could be the 
length of some strings which are lengthy when translated into Bulgarian. Still, 
by resizing/stretching the application window, the full text of these strings 
becomes fully visible, so I'll call it a small annoyance.

I've also added additional help links to subpages of your website which may 
prove useful to users. If you like that addition, keep it, if not — just 
remove the links from the About string.

There are also useful translator's comments if anyone is interested. These 
could be most useful to future Bulgarian translators of the Uploader if I no 
longer have time to translate future versions.

P.S. Both .ts and .qm files are included as the translators' guide stated.

Will someone from the developers please tell me if my translation is valid and 
if it will be added in the next release of the Uploader?
