Big PR that touches most things. Should be largely backwards compatible. This is also a jumping off point for future refactor work.
Changes include:
Converted all classes and types into TypeScript
Includes many whole-file-lint-ignore flags that could be cleaned up by having concrete types defined for each exchange (that would have been a ton of work, happy to accept PRs for that).
Removes legacy class names, such as binance, must use Binance now
Removes some defunct exchanges (Ethfinex, HuobiRussia, BinanceJe)
