Provide documentation on compiling the plugin #1

The current download is a 32 bit plugin.  I use a 64 bit box and some 
documentation on compiling the plugin,  preferably a makefile would be very 
handy.

Check out the code now and build using the normal ./configure;make;make install 
method.

I was able to compile.  Consider this issue fixed.
