Added debian package #5

Hi !

I've debianized your library and published it in a Ubuntu PPA. Are you ok to integrate this in the project ? https://launchpad.net/~aacebedo/+archive/ubuntu/libi3ipc-glib

Thanks for helping me distribute this library.

I don't have a good understanding of how debian packaging works, so I'm going to leave this up to you. If you need push access, let me know.

Note that this library has been distributed GPL up to this point. However, I am changing the license to LGPL as of this pull request.

Hi ! Great, I'm glad to see the package is useful to you. I'll prepare another version with the LGPL license on the debian package instead of the GPL. If you can give me push access rights it will be great.
