Change file output folder #3

Mal has requested to move the location to

Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.UserProfile),
            "Saved Games",
            "LiveSplit",
            "Magic 8-Ball",
            "Back to Pareco",
            "stops.txt")

Sadly it’s not easily configurable (settings can only be booleans), so this will change the location for everyone.

Default location for LiveSplit files is “My Documents\Livesplit”, so I’ll put it in there.
