Use Mecha’s system information to prevent EDSM lookups if the client’s system is not in the database #89

Now that I pipe the system information (including “not in the database”) to VoiceAttack, too, I might as well use it to prevent the nearest CMDR lookup if it’s not been through EDDN.

Could also integrate the system info into the TTS report when announcing the nearest CMDR is disabled.
