osx terminal usage easier #4

I didn't have to do all the SIMBL stuff in the instructions. Was able to simply "Import" the .terminal file into the osx terminal settings tab and it worked fine.

I'm moving this over to the main solarized repo. I had mixed results when I was testing without simbl but I've had several people, including you, report success without them.
