Mintty Solarized Theme #153

I ported Solarized to my favorite Cygwin terminal emulator, mintty. (It's my opinion, having used both the default cygwin+cmd.exe and puttycyg in the past, that mintty is the best choice for a Cygwin console.)

+1 for this. I also tried the other mintty color scheme available on github (https://github.com/mavnn/mintty-colors-solarized) but it didn't work as well as this one.
