Solarized Theme Not Working With Konsole Blur Background #226

I'm on Kubuntu 21.04 and I configured Konsole to have blur and transparent background in the profile settings. However, once I get into vim, the background gone missing. I'm wondering if there's anyway I can have the special line number square and other text colors and things, but without the background?
