Not remembering file path in altest beta #421

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open grafx2 by dropping an image on it's icon
2.Click SAVE
3.Notice that you are in the default folder with empty filename instead of the 
files path/name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Earlier versions remembered file path and name when opened in this manner.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Fixed in r1739. I made a mistake when reporting the changes from the Atari port 
in r1710, thanks for seeing it. DawnBringer also saw that after using script 
browser, the "save" button showed the scripts' directory, it was a big hint 
that the system's "current directory" wasn't set.
