To put things in perspective of how random this crash is; I got it to work but
only for it to crash after restarting. What I did to get it to work was make a
dir in apps>priiloader and put the hacks file in there(I DONT use them, it was
just to test) I also moved any loose files in root of the SD card to a DIR. I
was able to access Load/Install File so I decided to disable Gecko Log and
restart. It crashed once again after restarting. I have no idea why it does
this..

Alright so after a ton of code dumps, changing settings, etc. I found out whats
causing it. Turns out no matter what setting I change it refuses to load up the
dialog. However when I click on Load System Hacks and then select Install/Load
File, it works. I even tested this a few more times by restarting, doing
nothing, and getting a code dump.
So turns out its not initializing the SD card correctly. What gets to me though
is that it sometimes works if I mess with the files on the card(deleting,
adding files, etc.)

hmm, odd :s
mind doing a chkdsk in windows? (start->cmd -> chkdsk E:\ /f , replace E:\ with
the letter of your SD card)
my SD card works fine so i have no idea how this could happen tho...

Wow I can't believe I didn't think of doing that sooner. It actually fixed the
problem. I had reformatted it earlier so I didn't think of doing a ChkDsk but
windows found an issue. Just to be on the safe side I'll reformat and
redownload everything too.
Thanks.
