Implemented complete markdown editing and display for exhibit content item descriptions, including preview, help and hints.

Implemented markdown editing and display for tour stop descriptions, with preview, help and hints to follow.

Eugene, if possible, it would be really helpful if this went into production on Wednesday, (assuming you're OK with it of course,) since we have a demo on Thursday morning PST where we would like to show this. Thanks!
