Cleanup of files, removal of files that were moved to wiki. #1349

All files were re-named and moved to the wiki. Anything that is wiki-related is now at the wiki!

Can you please describe what doc/working folder is intended for? Thanks!

Upon reflection it appears we don't really need this. I will delete and make a new PR.
