Fix for text formatting issue #1386 (Time Series Menu Bad Text Formatting) #1389

Fixed text formatting on the Time Series Chart. The ellipsis effect causes extra whitespace on the text when the length of the text exceeds it's container. Using white-space: nowrap this whitespace will not be created and the ellipsis effect will be correctly shown.
