Timelines: edit, copy/paste/share icons appear outside of the timeline.

When I create a new timeline, the icons do not appear correctly until the page is refreshed.

• The pencil icon sometimes appears outside of the timeline to the left, and I cannot edit the timeline.

• In other instances, the copy/paste/sharing icons appear outside of the timeline:
• Finally, the wrong icon appears in the root timeline:

Repro Steps:

1. Open a collection.
2. Create a new timeline. Icons may be messed up.
3. Delete the root timeline and create a new root timeline (for the last part of this issue).
4. Refresh the page, all is well.
