Ability to Use OneDrive for Tour Audio #1396

Adds an optional OneDrive file picker option for choosing an MP3 file in the tour editing pane. Users can now host their ChronoZoom audio files on OneDrive.

Previously the only option was to manually host elsewhere then provide the URL by hand.
