Cosmos should be allowed to move/zoom between timeline range displays for date display to be shown properly #233

• Go to test.chronozoomproject.org • Move the mouse out of the timeline in both right and left end.

Result : The date display stays behind the range displays.

Expected : cosmos should not be able to go beyond the timeline boundaries so that date display can be shown properly at every position.

Configuration: • Internet Explorer 10, Version 10.0.9200.16519, Update Version 10.0.3 (KB2809289) • Windows 8 Enterprise, 64-bit • Touch-screen monitor. dateDisplayBehind

This one requires input from MS - Luke has to think about the bookends which are part of the issue.

We made the change: now marker goes over left and right margin blocks and shows current date on timescale.

@mnourminskaya , Mouse marker is not shown good after fix 2013-04-25_1839

We have a reasonable fix that should not block deployment.
