@tmmorley @piguy314159265 This PR switches to using fdPlotMismatchMatrix for the misclassification matrix. I have not tested the full code, so please DO NOT merge this PR before testing. Also, we may not want to merge this for now, but I wanted to make sure to send the PR so we can integrate this at a later point.
