Remove nwb and add first pass of bounds editor

This is a fairly significant set of changes:

Removed nwb and set up a more a barebones build process so we can configure things as needed rather than deal with nwb's abstractions
Refactored the App directory structure to compartmentalize things a bit more (so now we have components and stores directories, plus top-level scripts.
One of the bigger changes is the additon of a top-level Layout component, which is basically the staging component for all the different UI elements we're creating outserves.
Layout is now what gets rendered in runView
Added the bounds components, which are working relatively well but still need some work:
- bounds needs a backing dataItem in the alteryx API
- css needs work

@ramnathv since this is still open I'm just going to keep pushing to it. Tweaked the webpack config so that it will now output a single (smaller) file on the assumption that React and jQuery will actually be available as globals (which they are in the latest builds).

So, now the html file is back to loading a single src.js file and we don't need to pull down react from a CDN.
