No "quadprog" solver option when in "file mode" #21

When I select "Specify the model from a file", "quadprog" doesn't show in "Select solver"

I think I know the reason for this bug. Basically, the LP option in the other mode is interfering, since I am using the same data item here. I will fix this bug. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
