Solver dropdown menu bug: matrix, manual input mode #36

The solver dropdown for manual and matrix input modes does not persist - I can choose Gurobi or Symphony, but the configuration will remain at Glpk after I click off and back onto the tool (or remain at Quadprog, if Quadratic Program is selected). The solver dropdown for file mode works correctly.

This is me. There is a bug in the syncSolverList function. I have a fix that I will commit.
