We should be able to handle the following issues that causes Rglpk_read_file to barf and R to crash when

[ ] objective has “>=”, “<=” -- things that are not supposed to be there
[ ] objective or constraints have duplicate terms: e.g. 3x1 + 2x2 + 3x2 -- Note terms that havex2 appear twice here
