Does it make sense to assume that the first column is the variable and the second is the objective coefficient if the user does not explicitly specify these field names? This is clearly an enhancement and something I realized while seeing several workflows that start from excel files.

Part of this is done with fieldMapping, we don't make this assumption of the first column is variable and the second is coefficient, in stead we ask the user the specify them explicitly.
