Remove dfs.py and clean up utils.py

Removed featuretools_ta1/dfs.py. Removed functions and imports from utils.py that were no longer needed - checked for functions that were not called anywhere else in code base.

Ran pipeline tests after making changes to verify that all tests still ran successfully.
