Support pre-DSA port names #111

We'd like to be able to keep some models on kernel v4 but have the latest version of Rita and Dash. This lets us check DSA models for the presence of the older interface names and use those port names instead.

looks like the dash debug feature has been broken by recent updates in althea_rs, will see what it takes to fix it.

I tested this with a wrt32x flashed with beta17 (kernel v4.x pre-DSA) with this development version of rita and it toggled ports like normal. I verified that the /etc/config/network file was correct.
