Navigation Overhaul and Setup Wizard

Discussed with Deborah:

• Remove QR codes from front page. IP address and WG key aren't necessary, having the eth address is redundant since it can be scanned from the DAO Selection dialog.
• Rename Network Settings to something more descriptive that lets user's know they can join the DAO and select their exit server. We might want to split the Subnet DAO dialog out into a separate page. Deborah is going to get some user feedback on this.
  • Welcome wizard -- if the router has not been set up, we'll walk the user through the initial pages/forms they will want to fill out (using https://introjs.com/ ?) and arrange the links in the top nav to reflect this order:

1. Set router admin password
2. Join Dao to get IP (possible to skip and use random IP)
3. Select exit
4. Add funds
5. Configure pricing options
6. SSID and password
