Mesh IP address not saving properly #57

When you submit the form in the DAO Selection dialog to set the contract address and mesh IP address, the IP isn't being saved. Rita restarts and comes back up with the old IP. It might be that it's expecting the IP in a different format than it's being provided in. This might end up being a rita issue.
