When changing wifi name, prompt user to connect to the new name #63

Update the WifiChange message to instruct the user that they may need to connect to the new network with it's new SSID. Wait for about 20 seconds before you add this to the message to prevent users from trying to switch wifi networks when they are in fact not changing the one they are already on.
