Address issues with instagrams new restrictions? #231

I see a new version was bumped, but instalooter is still useless in its current form(2.3.2). If you have a profile with more then ~20 items to download, you get rate limited and locked out(this is after over 12 hours of not using instagram or its api). The fake useragent is very harmful to your account,constantly locking it when using instalooter,requiring sms or email verification to unlock your account.Batch mode is completly broken, instantly locking your account out when changing to a new user. Instalooter should also not try to login with every request,spamming your email with intrusion detection emails as each login is a new useragent/os(well over 100).

Are you planning on addressing these issues or is the project abandoned? You seem to have gone quiet to all of the issues created relating to instagrams new changes going back July of 2018.

I don't have a lot of time to work on this (and also not a lot of interest, since I'm not using this program a lot), but anybody is free to contribute and I'll try to review changes.
