i cant open the script, i have due everything correct and i have the script on the paths

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python312\python.exe" "C:\Python\Scripts\instalooter.exe" ': O sistema nÒo pode encontrar o arquivo especificado.
