Apart from all the adjustments needed in markdown files, justfile, doxygen config and the added workflow I added back the images from dvc into git because there is no way I'm adding dvc stuff to the workflow.
Aside from that, documentation can also be seen through the github interface.
Also, managed to remove the previously added css from doxygen-awesome theme and added it as a link in header.
I'm still not a big fan of how we deal with pages/subpages for doxygen but it works, so I'm not complaining much.
The language picker is also very crude, so I might work on that for a bit in the future.
