Arch Linux: libgnuradio-hrpt.so.1.0.0git not found #1

Everything was installed per-instructions, all deps were met. Tried the install prefix argument in cmake, no difference. Distro is Manjaro Linux, GNURadio version is 3.8.1.0.

Sometimes you just have to complain for stuff to work. Fixed, closing issue.
