As adiministrator I need a report of the compensations of all employees, grouped by employee, and also the total amount for each region. So I can quickly identify which are the regions with the highest amount of compensation.

what kind of user, why do you need it?

As an administrator, maybe to be able to achieve a better use of the information (it's report).
