Every video on the site says "Due to dmca / copyright law the content you're trying to view is unavailble."

No it's official. Front page of their website says they're closing

That’s sad :(. We will eventually have to use another API or to create a scrapper

I already have a pretty good scraper working https://github.com/vn-ki/anime-downloader. I am rewriting it currently and is planning to create a graphql plugin for it.

It would add the dependency of python, which is a bummer.

@vn-ki I know this is an old thread but have you made any progress with the scraper?

@anthonygedeon it looks like the anime-downloader repo is very well maintained and active ! We could try a revival using anime-downloader as backend.
