I should have included the MATLAB stack trace: copy_fig.m: copy_fig(), line 30 isolate_axes.m: isolate_axes(), line 56 export_fig.m: export_fig(), line 297
I couldn't recreate the exact error you see, but the change that I just committed should hopefully fix it

This is a long shot, but is there any way around this error when exporting a figure with a left and a right Y-axis:
error: Object Copy of Axes with multiple coordinate systems is not supported (MATLAB:Axes:Unsupported Copy).
I'm running MATLAB 2018a and am trying to export to JPEG. I have the latest version of export_fig.
